Reference Sheet
⋆CUSTOMIZABLE!
⋆Starting at $150.00 for a basic front & back view, symmetrical headshot, and one added item. Ref sheets automatically come with color palettes, lettering, and extra details that may fit the character's style or aesthetic.
$10.00 per accessory added (all hand-drawn).
$15.00 for a clothing option depending on complexity.
$30.00 per chibi added.

⋆Maximum price for background cost is $80
⋆Must provide me with a digital reference sheet of your character, visual references, and a good description of what you would like. The more info, the better. This includes: references, colors, themes, elements, etc. Please be very specific about what you want if you have a vision.
⋆Any major lineart changes and add-ons after the lines and coloring stage result in an extra fee depending on the complexity.

GeneralMy turnaround time for commissions is usually 4-5 weeks (no more unless stated otherwise.)When commissioning me, you are automatically agreeing to my TOS.If you’d like something done by a certain date, please message me and let me know before you send payment.To keep things professional and appropriate when I am working with my clients, I would like you to respect not engaging in personal conversations with me. Friendly conversations are okay, however!I am willing to draw any animal or fantasy species. Please check in with me beforehand if you’re not sure.I always show wip’s! The sketch is approved by you before I start the lining process. This includes lines and flat colors as well.Please do not leave me on read when it is time to approve the sketch or flat colors. You need to approve them before I can move on to the next step.When the commission is complete, I will email the .PNG version to your email. Make sure you save the full commission after it’s emailed as soon as possible.
PaymentI only take Paypal (USD)! I will not accept anything other than Paypal payments for security reasons.I do not take payment plans with commissions unless the purchase is over $100. We can negotiate payment plans based on what the client is comfortable with!I will start your commission once I have received the payment in full. I will not draw anything without payment.I will only hold it for a client for 48 hours. Exceptions may apply depending on the client's situation.I will not give full refunds if I have started the project. However, if there is an emergency for the client, please contact me immediately.
Restrictions & Terms of UsePLEASE have a clear digital reference of your character(s) before commissioning me.I have the right to refuse any commission request without an explanation.I will not draw any fetish work, anything political, or propaganda-related of any kind.Any minor changes you’d like changed on the final product will be free. Ex: minor changes to markings or eye color. Anything major will cost an extra fee. Even if you already paid. Ex: redoing lineart in some places or adding big changes.You MAY NOT resell my work for commercial use without my permission. Please reach out and ask beforehand depending on the piece.I have the right to use any of the artwork I made for you as personal use as examples for my commissions (unless asked by the buyer beforehand).
Adopt & YCH Rules
Buyer must have Toyhouse in order to purchase my designs. This is to help reduce art and design theft. It also helps knowing where my designs are.The buyer has permission to resell/trade the character but must ALWAYS give me credit for being the creator of the design.I allow the buyer to make custom changes to the design to fit their liking.I do not do holds for adopts. Must receive payment within 48 hours of claiming.I offer 10% discounts for clients who buy an adoptable from me and commission me for a piece of that adoptable. If they are unaware of the discount, I will let them know before paying.
Have your payment ready once you’ve claimed a slot. I like to zip through my ych queues very quickly. Waiting messes up my schedule of getting them done quickly.I do not offer holds on my ych’s.I no longer hold payments for more than 48 hours.If you’ve missed your chance on a slot, you can always email or DM me on Instagram for a private slot! I am always open to discussion.I offer 10% discounts for clients who have a character made by me and would like to use it for the YCH. If they are unaware of the discount, I will let them know before paying if they send one of my designs.
